 Q:&amp;nbsp;Tell us about your team's experience with TeamDynamix.  
A: CWU Information Services began using TeamDynamix (ticketing) in September 2014 with technology service delivery to our main campus and six satellite campus centers. My role as Service Desk manager/TD admin has provided a complete immersion into &amp;#8220;TD World&amp;#8221; and it&amp;#8217;s been an interesting and rewarding one! As the front face of Information Services, all customer requests come through the Service Desk. &amp;nbsp;

Back by popular&amp;nbsp;demand (seriously, you asked for him) at the  5th Annual User Conference :&amp;nbsp; Director of Support and&amp;nbsp; ITSM &amp;nbsp;Product Manager  Matt&amp;nbsp;   Sayers  . You probably have seen his name or interacted with Sayers (pictured above with his family)&amp;nbsp;through&amp;nbsp; phone calls, emails, tickets, Client Portal Questions, and/or the&amp;nbsp; Service Desk Advisory Group .&amp;nbsp;He was&amp;nbsp;unable to make last year's event, (much to everyone's disappointment), but don't worry: he's coming to Boston. 
 
Sayers is&amp;nbsp;not presenting, but he will be mixing and mingling with the crowd, as well as sitting on the ITSM Round Table. Let's learn more about him:
